Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Exchange Center with Foreign Countries


Founded in 1984, Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Exchange Center with Foreign Countries (ZSTEC) is an organization under the guidance of Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Department, professional for science and technology exchange with foreign countries. ZSTEC mainly receives commissions from government to provide services for both government and the public. ZSTEC is a window for small and medium size enterprises to communicate and cooperate with foreign countries. The ZSTEC's principle is: organizing and promoting Zhejiang enterprises to make scientific and technical exchange and cooperation with foreign enterprises under the principle of mutual equal, benefit, and friendly, therefore, realize science improvement and economy development.
